Michael was very approachable, knowledgeable, friendly, yet professional. He explained what the process and what I needed to get done. He answered my questions and I felt comfortable and confident leaving my car with him at Right Toyota. I had a text with some information and clicked on the app. I wasn’t sure if everything had been done so I called him on the number that was listed. He answered immediately. I asked him if my car happened to be done because it was earlier than the time we had planned on. While I was speaking to him, he was checking on my car and he said it just got finished. It was perfect timing. When I picked up my car, he was at lunch and someone else helped me, but I just had to sign a couple papers and the guys brought up my car that were at the podium. They were friendly. I was trying to get my seat readjusted, and I asked the young man about my screen and he said let me get Trevor. He knows a lot about that. Trevor came over and he explained some things to me and even offered for me to pull over and have them explain some stuff to me. Unfortunately, I was on a lunch break and I needed to get back but he said feel free to call and set up some time. He’d be happy to help. Everybody was delightful to work with. Moving forward, I will come back to Right Toyota.

The inspection determined I needed new tires and he spent the time to discuss my options with me and all of the services and warranties offered by Right Toyota to help me decide in my purchase of tires.
