I dropped my car off at 715am, at my appointment time. I let them know I would need my car back by 230pm to pick my kids up from school. I am a single mom and don’t have other options. I was reassured no problem. I called at 12pm bc I hadn’t heard anything and was told I would get a call back. At 115 I still hadn’t heard so I called again and demanded I speak with someone and MY CAR HADNT EVEN BEEN TOUCHED!!!!! The advisor Derek then made it seem like he was doing me such a huge favor by “getting it in front of other cars”…. I will NEVER come back. I had to scramble to try to find someone to get my kids because I didn’t have my car in time to get my kids.
