Apparently you switched to a new AI model which was news to me- I never got any form of contract other than a video outlining what was being done to my vehicle. I dropped the car off at 8:30am and never heard anything on when to pick up / when car would be finished so finally around 4ish I tried calling, got sent to a voicemail and then had AI send me a text. I asked if the vehicle was ready and got no reply. I finally picked up my car around 5:30ish before close and there was 1 person working… Orlando was not there and the person who helped me out mentioned the AI system and the issues you have been having. I also sent an additional text today after noticing my glove box was put back on incorrectly and is not opening and shutting properly. Tried calling to fix this but got an AI bot again and voicemail. Would love to have someone help - specifically Derok Roach as we had the best experience with him and he was always super communicative with every step and keeping me in the loop. Can someone please contact me to fix the glove box? Thanks!
