Whoever serviced my car did not put air in tires even though one was reading 30psi and 2 at 34psi when I brought in. Still reading at those levels, so I know they didn’t even look. Second, and much more unhappy about is a new scratch on my steering wheel. Seems every time, without fail, when I get my car back there is a new scratch somewhere, sometimes more than one. I don’t know why they can’t be more careful with others peoples cars. I even mention when I drop it off and still it happens. Almost like they do it in purpose, because I let them know I’m careful with my car. It’s a problem and I really am getting sick of it. It’s not funny. Tim, however, was very nice and in no way do I hold him responsible. It’s the guys inside the shop that are not careful. Another thing I should mention, I have a visor attachment with personal items attached to it. Every time my car is returned, it’s off, the pieces (sunglasses, garage remote, HC placard are placed somewhere on the console and one time they broke my TacVisor. Why are they touching this in the first place? I think maybe some additional training would be helpful so they are more careful and considerate with others peoples cars peoples property.

I believe you had over booked on that day. I would appreciate it if you don’t have enough time to let me schedule for another day. The waiting time to check the vehicle in, service time, and even picking up the car were 15 minutes, 2 and a half hours, and 20 minutes. I think these times are unacceptable.
