Enrique was really communicative while my vehicle was service.
Only complaint is that I wish that they would at least wash the car after being service.

The service performed on my car was excellent, and Jackson was great to talk to and he helped me with what I needed while I was at the dealership. The reason I wasn’t 100% satisfied was that I did not receive service updates until I received the update that my car was ready to be picked up, even though I called twice and texted once. I received a message that I would be contacted shortly, but I wasn’t actually contacted until over an hour and a half later. So that could be greatly improved upon, though the rest of my experience with Jackson was excellent.

I was scheduled by you guys last week to come in and have a sensory place for my airbag and when I got there and dropped it off you called me back in to tell me that the person scheduling didn't schedule enough time. I rescheduled this week and came in and all you did was rotate my tires and forgot to change the sensor out of my airbags. Now I have to come in for a third time which really ticks me off.

I called service to arrange a recall problem. I clearly identified the recall because I wanted to make sure that you had the correct parts. When I did this I was given a 6:15 appointment but when I arrived I was told that recall service does not begin until 7:15. I was quite upset about losing an hour of sleep to sit and wait.
Your shuttle has a sign that they will drop you off within a 10 mi range but only pick you up within a 5-mile range. So how does one get back to their car if they live within 5 to 10 miles. They did pick me up anyway, but this sign was quite annoying and illogical.
When scheduling an appointment, please listen to it the customer says. I was quite clear about what service I needed. Mr Brown was insisting that they must have had no later appointments. That was not true. I called over about a week in advance and there were plenty of openings. I wanted to be first in the morning so I was not waiting for a car ahead of me to be finished. This did not work out.
