No manager has reached back out after requesting a call. You had my vehicle all the day the other day and returned my vehicle with it dirty with mud on the outside and didn’t rotate my tires but you did do the recall. Unacceptable and to think I was going to buy a tundra from you all. I’m tired of your service department making mistakes and in junior isn’t there to fix it I’m not sure I’ll continue to use #1 volume dealer we know you don’t care about losing our business.

I would like to share feedback about my recent service visit, as I left very disappointed with the experience.
After checking in my vehicle, no one provided me with any updates on the status of my car. I waited for over two hours without any communication and eventually had to walk around and ask for an update myself.
When I asked David about my vehicle status, he directed me to another David. The second David then told me to go back to the first David. This back-and-forth was frustrating and made it unclear who was actually responsible for my vehicle.
When it was time to deliver my car, the team initially brought out the wrong vehicle and stated there was a mistake with the key. This is actually the second time this has happened to me.
I understand that my service may be complimentary, but that should not impact the level of communication or professionalism. Unfortunately, this has been a repeated pattern, and each visit has been disappointing.
I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience moving forward.

Roger was very helpful. I did appreciate his help. What I have a very hard time understanding is why when I recently had my car in for service none of this was found. It concerns me greatly that the previous service provided was not up to par. I certainly hope my car is fixed now as both services have been very costly.
