I will be much happier if they cover the repairs on my bumper in my side panel. If they don’t, I will never buy another Toyota and I’ve probably bought about 20 to 25 of them in my lifetime.

I sqd my appointment for 11:15. I arrived at 10:50. I got my car back at 2:30. Only had oil changed, tire rotation,multi point inspection. When I expect my car to be worked on at the sqd time. It was a 20 min. Job

I was totally disappointed with your service department today ! My appt was at 11:45 am , I showed up at 11:40 am & sat in my car for 20 min before a service advisor even came out & checked me in ! And I was told it was going to be a 2 1/2 wait for an oil change, fluid top off & tire rotation ????which actually took over 3 hours ! I didn’t get out of your sparking lot until after 3pm ! I’m like are you serious ? Poor customer service & somebody needs to get on the ball in your scheduling dept !! From now on I think I’ll try having my service done at a dealership closer to home !! Poor Job Right Toyota ! You’ve lost a good customer ????

Better communication for how long things should take. We are driving from 25 miles away. We need to plan our days to pick up our kids. The service advisor said he would let me know around noon if it would take longer than 2 pm. He did not. I asked after 2 pm what was going on and he seemed to not know the status. What kind of service is that? He thought it was not even done with service yet, but turns out it was getting the recall update, which I had explicitly said I didn’t want to do if it would take beyond 2 pm. I didn’t get out of there until 3 pm.

I arrived for a 1 year check on my BZ. I made the appointment online when I was contacted that the year check was due. The I waited for 5.5 hours to finally get my car. The woman greeting me took my cell number. It was the wrong #. Roger said I was confused with another woman that he was working with with the same first name. Odometer check in was 100 miles less than checkout. I don’t know if the 1 year check service was what was done to my car.

I waited a significant amount (2.5 hours) of time for a simple oil change without any update to the progress of the service. I thought by making an appointment for the service it would have been performed more timely. Although, the service representative may not have been directly at fault for the delay, he could have communicated the progress to me or given me an estimated time to complete the service since I told him I was going to wait for it to be completed. I have had many positive experiences at Right Toyota in the past so maybe my expectations were too high. Despite this experience, I will continue to use Right Toyota to service my vehicle.

Was lied to on 2 different occasions by 2 people, and was never called back when I called. Couldn't get anyone to ever answer the phone, nor did my issues get fixed. You wanted my truck to have all the 12v lighting accessories removed before you'd even try to fix it. I picked it up instead and drove straight to another Toyota dealer, who fixed the truck in literally 10 minutes, instead of the 2 weeks of back and forth with right Toyota. Won't be returning.
