Still have a lurching problem when releasing the brake that feels like the car has been bumped from behind. The computer says there’s no problem but I think a real person would actually find that there is a problem. Bringing the Land Cruiser back in.

Rep advised about 90 minutes for check up, then more time for a diagnostic tech to perform Additional work. After 3 hours I heard nothing so I went into find rep who was at lunch. A co worker assisted me and told me I was 4th in line for the diagnostic review.. unfortunately I did not have another few hours to sit in the waiting area and decided I will return another time. I was denied a free rental even though car still under warranty.

When the car has has a sensor go 0ff twice starting at 470 miles and I have to bring it back a 2nd time leave it overnight for a part. Why am I paying the Uber bill? I would like the GM to reach out to me as I want to be respectful before I post a review as taking the shuttle is / was not an option. Look up when the car was ready for pick.ip and then try making me believe thar I sjpuld take tje shuttle thst stops running at 44p pm. Beyond frustratd and disappointed as this is unacceptable customer service. I look forward to hearing from the GM!

I was expecting a call to say my car was done but never got one, I did get a multi point inspection text but it doesn’t say car is ready for pick up. When I called, it was almost closing time, but person I talked to said would see if could see if it was done and maybe leave key at sales desk. No response back. Overall service was done right, just a text or call to say is ready would be great
