Truc is exceptional. She went beyond my expectations and talked to several service people to get all of my questions answered. She created a plan for what absolutely needed to get done today and then created a 2 mon, 6 mon and 12 month plan for service and replacement (ie tires,brakes). She's a huge asset to the service dept and should be given the opportunity to work with as many customers, especially women, as possible. She's a huge asset to your company!

Matthew helped explain to the mechanic the miss communication with the appointment set and by the person who set it. I originally stated that I would wait for my vehicle but the appointment maker set it to be dropped off with an appointment time if 3:30. When I came to my appointment Matthew was confirming that I'm just dropping since it's 3:30 and shop closed at 4.i stated that I requested same day service and will wait for the vehicle. He said he would need to check with the mechanic. I am very thankful for the above and beyond with the mechanic did to stay longer to complete the work. Please give him my regards!
