I was told 3 maybe 3.5 hours for my service…. That was at 7:30 am… my car wasn’t ready until nearly 3pm. There was no communication to notify my of the delay. When I checked status another representative told me it was almost done, maybe another 30 minutes (that was at 11:30). It’s fine if it’s going to take over 7 hours , but please don’t tell me 3 or 3.5 hours - I could have made other arrangements had I known it would take all day.
