Eduado is awesome!He went above and beyond to be sure I was taken care . Recently Had my 2002 Sequioa check engine light repaired.And the Brake booster was found broken and had that replaced. I had a 2004 Corolla engine mount and transmission mount replaced.

Today I set up a service appointment for May 13, 2026, at 10 a.m. to hopefully find out why my car drops r.p.ms. This is a problem that hopefully can be resolved so that I can possibly renew an extended warranty that is running out next month. Tim was, and has been, very helpful today and in the past. I made an appointment for 7:30 AM for an oil change and it took 5 hours to complete a standard oil change. I was sent my inspection and recommendation report around 9:50 and the report stated that the inspection occurred around 8:50 AM. I responded right away declining any additional work and it still took another 2.5 hours to complete. When I texted asking for a status update I received no response. I ended up having to leave because I was expecting a couple hours wait but not 5. I texted again asking when I would have to be back to ensure I could pick up my car and I again received no response. Later I received a text simply stating that my vehicle was complete, no response to my previous texts or even an acknowledgement of the wait. An "I'm sorry for the wait" or a heads up if things are backed up can go a long way. I think it is time I look elsewhere to get my services done.
