It’s still showing error messages telling me the battery is not charging.This is after the battery was replaced. I do not know how to jump start my car. I am new to the area so not being able to connect My Google. Maps is a huge problem for me. I have no radio which I could care less about, but I’m told that is the only way I can get to Google Maps which is more concerning. I was never advised that my radio was bad until the vehicle was given back to me and I was starting to drive away. I realized it and had to go back to see the service advisor to find out why it wasn’t working. After he researched it he told me that the radio had to be replaced,which I was informed then,that it had to be ordered and I would be contacted to bring the vehicle back for this repair. This is after spending 6 hours waiting for my vehicle. I am now carrying a portable jump starter with me because I have no confidence in this vehicle or the reliability of it. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with Toyota and the service.

I scheduled my oil change service a week prior to arriving at the shop. When I arrived, service advisor Alan said it could take 2-4 hours (for ONLY) an oil change. It took 3.5 hours to complete this simple task. When Alan gave me the paperwork, he said nothing not even thank you. He just handed it and walked away. We spent over 50k for our truck there now the service department could care less about client relations. When I got home, there was oil leaking everywhere underneath on the garage floor. Oil splattered everywhere on the underside and obviously no attempt to clean it off. I was sitting next to another customer who was very frustrated at his long wait time also for an oil change. Unfortunately we have LOF there but what a headache.

When I made the appt for an oil change and tonneau cover install, Eduardo agreed to honor a 25 % coupon Bell Road sent me for accessories and take 20 % off of install since I found out that camelback Toyota would do the install for $100 less than Bell Road. That would have been a total discount of $317. When I picked up the vehicle Eduardo did not honor what he told me he would do and only gave me a $200 discount. Lesson learned can’t trust what your service advisors tell you.

4 and 1/2 hours total is too long and a waste of my time for an oil change, coolant flush that was only supposed to take only 2 1/2 hours and then I agreed to a tire rotation and was told about 10 minutes and I waited another hour and half. Not happy.
