Well let’s say that Tim Zarbuck was not completely honest with me. What started out as a 3.5 hour job turned into a two day job. He said he had to order parts for my truck but the parts dept. said they had them in stock . I had to make arrangements for a ride home and back to work the next day as well as walking to the dealer to pick up my truck that still wasn’t ready for another hour and a half . At which point he already went home and another advisor tried over charging me 600 bucks.????

It was a fresh reminder of why I stopped using the service department. Previously, I was told the bracket to my MAF sensor was broken and it was going to cost me over $400 to replace. This frustrated me knowing Bell Road Toyota was the only one servicing my vehicle and made me think a tech broke it during servicing the car. Now, when I went to drop the car off, the person that greeted me, or lack of greeting, stood next to me and I had to initiate the conversation why I was there. No "Hello" or "What can I help you with?".. Then when I mentioned I was dropping off my car, he went and grabbed an envelope and handed it to me to fill out my car information. I've worked in motorcycle service industry Previously. I've never seen a service writer request the customer to fill out the information themselves. Seemed very unprofessional. Then the following day I get a text message saying I missed my appointment... How is that possible when I dropped the car off the day before? I called and the service writer said they couldnt find my car or keys... Really??? Short time later I get a text message saying it was found...
Long story short, Bell Road Toyota has lost my trust and business.

Got quoted $1064.48 for the all-in price on four tires and when I went to pick up my car I had to pay $1304? Apparently the alignment and labor weren’t on the original quote. I got quotes from two other shops and they were slightly higher than the $1064.48 that you guys quoted me. If I had known it was going to come out to over $1300, I would have gone elsewhere. Not sure if it was an honest mistake or someone trying to get one over on me. Either way, it was a disappointing experience.

I had a bad experience at wright Toyota Last time I went there last they suggested things were broken that weren't services that weren't needed to my elderly mother who brought the car in and we bought the car from them!
today was an honest and upfront Transaction as well the technicians found repairs that were actually needed. And I really appreciate that after my last experience in Scottsdale. Thank you to tim and the technicians for doing such a good job !I will be back to your dealership for service
