I was sent home via Uber arranged by your team, but when my vehicle was ready, I only received a text saying it was ready for pickup. No return transportation was arranged, and when I replied asking for assistance, my message was not acknowledged. This lack of follow-through and communication was frustrating and unexpected.

Original appt was scheduled for Tuesday at 3:00. Upon arrival at the dealership, was told that my appt was scheduled too late in the afternoon to complete the service that day. Why didn’t someone communicate this to me before I took time out of my day and left work to come to the dealership? As a result, rescheduled for Thursday at 10:00 in the morning. After being told my car would be serviced, waited over 2 hours, only to be told that the parts were not available for the service. Again, why wasn’t this communicated to me before I came to the dealership? And once I arrived, why did I have to wait over two hours to find this out? Extremely frustrated with my experience here, and will not be purchasing a car from this dealership in the future.
