My rep Chris was great. However the person doing the scheduling needs to understand how long thes repairs take. 2,5 hours for an oil change leave alot to be desired. There were several others i. The waiting room that were as much as 5 hours.

No matter what I come in for it is a minimum of 3 hours, two prior visits were longer than that and one of them I had to return at a different time for the work to be completed. It’s a little frustrating. Everyone that I come in contact with is very nice, have never had any issue with any service advisor or rental car agent.

Eduardo or whomever rotated my tires, apparently did not put the caps covers back on correctly. Which I had not noticed jntil the last one came off on the freeway like 2 days ago. Yes, I witnessed it fly off when exiting on the off ramp. Then of course when I checked the tires to see which one came off, thats when to my surprise noticed they were all gone. I don't believe its something worth potentially getting resistance by Bell Road Toyota but, if you want to do the right thing and achieve my complete satisfaction, by offering me a set of replacement basic snap on cap covers for all 4 of my tires free of charge, it will reflect in any and all service reviews. Which I don't typically participate in, but will leave the highest level of praise if this is addressed with fulfilling this request at the bear minimum.
