A pre-scheduled oil change appointment should not last over four and a half hours. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the lack of respect of my time on my last visit. Not only did I have to wait and unacceptable amount of time for my vehicle to be completed, I had little to no communication and I did not receive the full inspection details that I paid for. Had it been communicated to me that the anticipated wait time was expected to be long in advance of my drop off, I would have made different arrangements for the afternoon. I would like a refund for the services that I had prepaid for. My vehicle has been at this location for every service since the day we purchased it. I'm ready to move to a new location unless someone can make this situation right. I am very saddened by the slipping standards in customer service.

Tim was fantastic.
The other three and, two mechanics were not!
The rattling noise I originally took my car in was from back in June 3 months later $2500 later and I still have a rattling in my car.
I went through two service writers, one service manager and two mechanics. still after three weeks and multiple trips into that place were unresolved.
I couldn’t even get a hold of anybody to get my car back after three weeks.
Because this was a recall and I spent $2500 on it I wasn’t taking it anywhere else so I was hooked up with Tim.
So $6000 later, I now have a Land Cruiser that doesn’t make a rattling noise when it drives down the road.

I had a 9 o’clock appointment that day and I didn’t even get it picked up until after you guys were closed because no one called me and told me it was done. It was still in the shop. Have a nice for them to give customers updates and there’s a lot of people that day customers out there waiting for their vehicle for hours and hours and hours for the same stuff trying to get their vehicles.
