Poor service. I told them to top up all the fluids they didn't do that. And they put someone's key in my key and I have to come back and return it. I had my oil change appointment for 1 pm but I came around 12:20 pm but I had to wait all day for 30 mins service. The oil change was done at 5:30 pm 4 and half hours of time waste. What is the point of make an appointment if you guys cannot finish on time. Every time is the same problem. Poor service.

I had an appointment at 9:30 AM. I arrived on time and met Richard. I told him my AC smelled bad, the wheel pressures were off and unbalanced, and I needed regular annual maintenance. He said okay. I told him I would wait at the dealer, and he said it would take 2 hours. After waiting 3 hours with no update, I went to ask him. He said my phone wasn’t working, but then realized he had entered the wrong number, even though the paperwork was correct. I approved the service, and he said it would take a couple more hours. At 12:30, I checked the Toyota app and noticed they hadn’t even opened the front trunk until 1:40 PM. When I asked again, he said it would be ready in 20 minutes, and only then they started working on it. The car was ready at 2:10 PM. After paying, I noticed the wheel pressures were still the same, so he took the car back and fixed it in 10 minutes. I went in at 9:30 AM and left at 2:40 PM. It was a very bad experience.

4 1/2 hours for an oil change? Waste of my time. Evanlee was nowhere to be seen. Never got a notification from him about the decision on the filter, or that the car was ready. No one came in to get me in the waiting area at any time. It was 2:30 by the time I had had enough and got some other service advisors to pity me and help out. Evanlee strolls in right as my car pulls up with lunch for himself. How nice, I thought. I myself have been starving and now don't have time to stop for food before my next meeting. Terrible experience.

My service advisor Rick was phenomenal! My concern is with the wrap up from the mechanic. I had lights turned off that took me a while to turn back on. They also did not put all my wires under the hood back where they belonged. Otherwise, everything was great.
