Sent my car in to get the seat belt fixed that the dealership broke the first time i had my car sent in, had to pay 200$ for labor hours that wouldn’t have been needed if they didn’t break it in the first place. Seat belt still doesn’t work it’s more broken than before. When I asked about why I had to pay for that Tim barely acknowledged me. And they left black grease hand prints all over my roof which is white.

Was not helped upon pulling in… Diego was busy. Others in their offices not with customers. Finally a gentleman, across the driveway from Diego , asked if he could help me. He found my name etc in the database. Then, Diego stepped in.
