Was not happy with the 2 hours to change the oil even with an appointment. When the mechanic brought my truck up after service he was covered in grease all over his clothes. I went to get in my truck and notice grease on all four doors and ask Eduardo to clean it up. I have been coming here for a few years now getting oil changes and have never had service like this. Now I have two of your service writers that I will never use again.

I will not be a returning customer. Andrew was cordial, however I was told my vehicle was ready for pickup at 1138, I responded that I was on my way at 1151, and I arrived around 1200. My vehicle was still in the bay with hood open and I had to wait 20 minutes for the tech (who was not cordial) to finish reassembly. I took the vehicle back to work, popped the hood and found the air filter box loose and hanging, multipe hoses loose from their attachment points. No fluids had been topped off, the oil is at the low end of the dipstick, looks fresh though. Found the cabin filter had not been changed. I am not sure if I trust all of the spark plugs were changed or the oil filter. I will confirm this over the weekend for my own state of mind. I had been planning to upgrade to a Tundra and I am sorry it will not be at Bell or any affiliates. I should have stopped coming to you after my first bad experience, but I had hoped it would get better. Thanks.

Diego was very nice and friendly before and after the service. However, I originally scheduled my appointment at 11:00am and had confirmation for it. The day of my appointment I got a text that it would be at 12:15pm. I didn’t get a call, just a text. Then when I arrived ai was told it would be 1-2 hours. I was okay with waiting the full two hours, but two turned into 3 and without any updates at all 3 hours turned into 4. I understand it gets busy and you may be short staffed however, I don’t understand the lack of communication for 4 hours while I was waiting at the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation.
