My service advisor was fine, although he did not come update me at all during the process of my vehicle being serviced. What I’m dissatisfied about is the fact that I waited 4 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change.
There’s no reason I should spend that much of my day waiting for a job that takes 30 minutes.

20 gallons of gas was stolen, when I made it aware to Aaron my service tech he just completely ignore me stating things that don't make since. Even sent an email. On top of that my car appt was at noon I didn't get car back until 5pm. When I call ask about the time frame kept getting lied after lie until I started recording calls. One of them is the reo lying about a simple request. Than i called back a lady did exactly what i had ask of her.. very very very very disappointed in the bell road Toyota service area. Bet i won't come over. Stole my gas wasn't upfront about the time of service, horrible customer service

I had an 11 appointment and didn't leave until almost 3. 4 HOURS!!! No communication from Aaron, no suggestion to go ahead and go home since it would take a long time. NOTHING until I asked after waiting 3 hours. 4 hours for a 5,000 mile service that didn't even include an oil change. I can't even explain how angry and disappointed I am with the service. I have been a customer for years!! Four cars in a row from you. I will not be coming back. I will go to another Toyota dealership for the remainder of my Toyota care service!!

Kris was my advisor and he was great although when I received my truck back, I noticed I had some stuff on the passenger floorboard that was in my glove compartment when I checked my compartment everything was all moved around and it had been gone through and I was missing a gift card very disappointed that my personal belongings were gone through and something was stolen. Would love to speak with a manager about this.
