Things I asked to have done were not done. The tech said my cabin filter needed replaced, that was just done 9 days prior by myself. The tech said my wipers were good to go, and the rear one was falling apart and front ones had tears.
Felt like a huge scam with all of the work the tech said my car needed, very disappointing.
Barring an emergency, I will not return as a customer

I would like to start by saying this would've been a shinning review for my Service Advisor, Alan. But instead I'm having to us this as an opportunity to express my EXTREME dissatisfaction. As mentioned Alan did great and I appreciate his efforts. Same for the Service Adivsor that delivered my truck to me at pick up. My dissatisfaction comes from whoever the rep is that I spoke over the phone. After picking up my vehicle I noticed the maintenence light was still on and the oil change sticker had not been changed/updated. When I checked the RO and did not see anything indicating an oil change was done, which is the whole reason I came in. I was upsold on 2 additional services and left with impression the oil change was going to be done too. I called in 3 or 4 times to talk to someone and ask if the oil change was done. The 1 service advisor I talked to basically said you're not my customer so you're not my problem and proceeded to try and rush me off the phone. I understand he had a customer in front of him and would've been happy to wait on hold. Instead he lied to me stating Alan was still there and would transfer me to him. I know this was a lie because when I picked up my vehicle, the person I spoke to clearly said Alan had to leave early to pick up his kids from school which I completely understand. The service rep then put me on hold and left me there until past 6pm. I was in hold for over 20 mins and the rep never came back in the phone. I was never actuallybtransfered to Alan. It was like he put me on hold hoping I would hang up. All I wanted to know is if my oil change had been done. Even if it hadn't been done I would been fine with brining the vehicle back and still would've given a great review. However, this dishonest person ruined a great experience in less than 45 seconds. Im not happy with my experience as I feel my inquiry was fair but was met with unfair treatment. I know I'm not a big time customer but my money is just as green as the next guy. I don't think I'll ever bring my vehicle back and still just want to know of my oil change was done.
