I was waiting 4 hours just for exchange oil. They told me will be maximum 2 hours. No one came to tell me what was happening. Customer service at the dealership is worse every time.

This is the second time I have made an appointment at this location and it’s takes 4+ hours to service my car even with an appointment. That seems unreasonable. The customer service is very good but it is over shadowed by the poor time management.

Very disappointed in the service I received on 3/17. I set up an appointment 2 weeks in advance for 10am. I pulled into the service awning at 10:05 and was not acknowledge and checked in until 10:36. Once service tech came to vehicle and checked me in, I stated that I needed a system update because I keep getting a notification “connected device not supported” and he dismissed it and told me I need to disconnect my phone from Bluetooth and it will work again. (I did that and still get the notification.) I then was brought to the waiting room and was told “I’ll check back in with you in a little bit”. never saw him. 12:04 I got a text that my multi-point inspection was complete. And still no word from the service technician. 12:25 comes by and I flagged down one of the workers in the lobby (white male, white shirt, did not catch name) and I said “hi, can you check on my vehicle for me, I’ve been here for 2 hours for an oil change and I was supposed to be at work at 12” he chuckled at me and said “oh you’ve only been here 2 hours, you still got 2 hours to go” and I just looked at him blankly. And then he said “yah I’ll go check on it.” Came back at 12:36 and said “I have good news and bad news. Good news your car is done. Bad news we are finishing up paper work, will be done in 10 mins.” So I sat around some more. Still no word from anyone at 12:55 so I walked outside and my adviser was just standing at the sidewalk. I looked at him and he goes “oh I think your car is done” then pulls my keys out of his pocket and had to flag someone down to pull it up. He told said “alright let’s go get your paper work” he brought me into the office and didn’t even go over my inspection work, or say anything regarding my car. Just said “ok tap your card here” I had to ask “how did we get to this total” before he even told me what everything costed. But still didn’t go over my inspection. After making a payment he got me on my way. But once I got in my car I notice the old sticker for mileage was in my cup holder, and no new one on my windshield. I then got out and asked “do you not put stickers on for mileage anymore?” And a lady chimed in and said “oh we are out.” And just looked at me. so I said “ok, nevermind.” Once I finally got into my car and left it was 1:06. Very disappointed in the service. Extremely unsatisfied for making a 10am appointment and not leaving until after 1pm. Will be taking my service elsewhere from now on.

Chris himself was great, but the 4 hours it took to get my car back was not. I had an appointment at 2:30 and I got there at 2:20. Didn’t get my car back until after closing time at 6:20. Absolutely ridiculous and makes having an appointment seem pointless. Chris was kind and understanding and I know it was out of his control. The service itself was pretty awful tho.
