This has been the worse experience I've ever received from Lee Hyundai. 1st I was called the day of my appointment to reschedule for a earlier time. I rushed home to make the appointment to then be told by the valet while he was picking up my car that he would not be able to bring it back. so I would have to go and pick it up myself. once I received the loaner car it smelled like someone smokes a pack of cigarettes a day in the car. smell so bad I had to ride with the windows down when my daughter got in the car. once I got to the dealership and got the keys to my car, I walked the parking lot for 5 minutes looking for it only to find out it was still behind the fence. Then I had to find the service tech to go and get it from the back.

It took 6 weeks or so to replace parts. Ii had a loaner but was not permitted to drive it out of state except to SC for doctor appointments. I missed my granddaughter’s birthday because I couldn’t drive to NJ. Other than that, which was a big deal for me, all was fine.
