The customer service needs improvement. Your sales persons were unaware of your company policies and failed to communicate that information to me concerning the availability of a tag. In the age of electronic checks why does your company need 24 hours to deposit a check for clearance? The funds were verified before I left the sales office. Every experience I had with dealership has been an exercise in futilely.
