I do not have an issue with the maintenance of my vehicle, however I am upset on how they returned my vehicle to me. I believe I am entitled to having my car washed and vacuumed before my vehicle is handed back to me. The issue I have was when they told me vehicle was ready I went outside and immediately saw that it wasn’t washed, so I went inside and told my service tech, he took my keys and took my vehicle to the back and I waited for about 30 minutes to find all they did was half **** vacuum it. I wouldn’t be complaining if I would have just left the first time but they act as if they had washed it when they didn’t, that’s not professional and very disrespectful.

My tires were rotated; however, why did I have 4 different tire pressures. So if the tires were indeed rotated, to ensure equal wear in the tires the pressure should have been checked. The other services done I have no problem with and was satisfied.
