Cars came in after mine got in for service n out before mine even made it inside the shop n I showed up 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment.i really don't like the idea of next service is 7,000 miles away at 10,000.it should be every 3,000 miles to keep fluid clean

My tire pressure was not checked. When I got home they were 26, 28, 28 and 30 psi.
I am so disappointed with Hatch Toyota, I may not go back.
For me, tires are a safety issue. They dorks not be ignored.

I waited 45min to get my truck while it was finished and sat in the parking lot. Except it wasn't finished. They didn't replace the valve stem cap, didn't put my spare tire back under, left all the corrosion on the negative battery terminal.

My car is 1 week old. According to the Toyota app, the tire pressures were all off, 4 pounds from each other. I asked for them to do a quick tire pressure check. I realize they were busy and I was a drop in. Another service mgr told me to go to Discount Tire and it wasn't the service areas fault that the tires weren't adjusted properly. After 90 minutes, my car was on the lift. Tech was reading 34 pounds and my tire said 41. He was trying to figure out which was incorrect. My husband was upset about the length of time it was taking so I asked Jordan to stop and bring me my car. Next time I know to make an appt for what I thought could be a 15 pop in. What was bad, was service advisor not taking ownership of issue for Hatch Toyota. He should have understood and said that even though the inbound team missed it, he'd be happy to take care of issue

My Toyota Rav 4 indicted on the board vehicle needs maintenance visit your dealer. This was what took me to hatch Toyota Showlow but the problem was not solved. My car was there for over 4 hours but this signal keeps showing on the board . I need to call hatch Toyota company to solve this problem on my Rav 4 2020. Thanks
