Was charged more than phone quote and app quote. Serviceman unable to tell me for sure if technician test drove my car to see if it was still slipping; clearly it was not test driven or they could have told me it was still slipping before I took it out and hit the road. Why do you not run test codes to determine transmission problems instead of charging exorbitant fees for a simple oil change we could have done ourselves? I’m in the same place I was when I brought it in, except $563 poorer. Not helpful for a single working grandmother raising a disabled grandchild.

Your service department isn't friendly and it's multiple of them. Not to just to me but family of mine as well. They don't have any sense of customer service. No how are you or friendly conversation. Very depressing vibe almost like it's hostile in there. Also, I don't like my car being unlocked with the keys left in it in the parking lot. Jason expected me to know that when I asked about my keys. I don't think it's good business and I'll be taking my car back to Berge in Mesa for its services. It feels welcoming and a nice environment there.

Both Eric and Tim did a wonderful job on my vehicle. Eric was super accommodating by asking his upper management to do something extra for me in removing some storage boxes from the bed of my truck so we can put the bedcover in. an alignment on my truck as well, and it came out perfectly. This was only my second time coming to Hatch Toyota for an oil change since I purchased my used RAV4 in December. Both times I had an appointment and both times it took way too long for the job to be finished. Two hours (while I waited there) the first time and three hours this second time. This is not reasonable when you have an appointment.

Rah was great but I had talked to 3 different people in 2 days regarding the diagnostic. 1st one said 279.00 2nd 1 said 223.00 the 3rd said 307. 3 different answers for the same diagnostic looks sneaky. In this day and age it should be online for them to know their own prices. Also on the itemized receit it should put the exact price you paid for everything including the diagnostic. All the above things make people not trust you.
