Service was okay, but the day I was supposed to pickup my van after Hatch had held it for a week while waiting for parts the mechanic called in sick and my planned schedule for that day was altered significantly. I live 50 miles away so I had to make new arrangements for someone to take me to the shop. Couldn't the dealership find another mechanic to finish my repair as originally scheduled? Or does Hatch only employ only a couple mechanics? Also one indicator light on the dash board was not reset (maintenance required light) was worrisome until I figured out how to reset it myself. After spending over $1300 dollars for a repair I would think little details like that would be addressed. On the positive side, the dealership did address two recall items that should have been done a long time ago and the repair is warranted for 12,000 miles, so that is reassuring. The service Rep, Eric, did try to keep me updated as problems arose. I appreciated that. At times it was hard to make contact with him, but I'm sure he was very busy. My overall rating of the service would be 7 on a scale of 10.
