I was promised a time of 1130 and didn’t leave the dealership, until about 1345. I missed a critical doctor’s appointment and had to pay $25 for the missed appointment fee. How freaking hard is it to not overschedule or staff appropriately so that service is more efficient, it was interesting to see people in the service area just sitting on their duffs doing nothing. Poor communication, I want my service plan refunded if this is how it is going to be done every time I have a service need.

There is no need to contact me. The only issue I had was when I brought my Camry in and had agreed for a service and alignment I asked how long to expect since I would have to wait after driving over from Springerville. I was told 2-2.5 hours. It ended up being closer to 3.5 hours. My check in text was at 10:48 and the text saying it was ready was at 14:05 but when I walked over to ask at 14:15 they said it would be just a few more minutes, which it was. Still was an extra hour spent waiting than I expected. Other than that everyone was helpful considering that’s the first time I’ve set foot on the property. Thank you!

It's nothing against the service rep. It was the 2 channels of music at the same time that I had to listen to for several hours. The service rep was great!

No need to call me. There was some confusion regarding an oil change/tire rotation special I had with a Toyota dealership in the valley. When I asked if it was honored up here, there was a few moments of miscommunication & confusion. It seemed to get straightened out after some back & forth.

It is a very long story and involves me leaving there, going to Firestone, Firestone saying that my issue was absolutely the fault of hatch Toyota. They called hatch for me and ended up talking to the service manager who ended up calling me and having me bring my vehicle back in and then they had to order parts so it still isn't fixed.

Went in for the screen recall. I also had a concern about a hose that is peeling. I was expecting a cost to r e place it but that wasn't opted. Ill ve having a local shop replacing it. As well as the dirty air filter and cabin filter. A lost sale
