Employers usually believe that no employee is inindispensable. As a long time customer of Toyota and many years experience with this Hatch dealership, when Eric is not there to make sure the service department is doing it's best for the customer, customer service does not function well. Eric does it well and does it right. He personifies CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hire more like him. Some of the new ones do not make the grade. Any service employee should be understandable and knowledgeable.

Having to return for a third time (80 mile round trip and 20 gallons of fuel) to clean the engine compartment. Being on a tight budget servicing my truck has been an extra expense was unplanned. Eric was accommodating to exchange the oil to synthetic at no charge. Robert Jones has been understanding and offered to detail the engine compartment. I appreciate the offer and will return as soon as feasible

$243.50 dollars to be told the Check engine light was on related to fuel cap. As a loyal customer, that fee is outrageous. The service department will not be our first stop for a "check Engine " concern in the future. As always, staff and service were excellent, but outrageous fee lost my trust.
