RAJ and the technician(s) that serviced my truck were excellent with their knowledge, professionalism and communication skills! I feel very comfortable and confident with the service dept at Hatch Toyota!

I was not satisfied with how I was greeted when I arrived. I told the person that I was there for a 25,000 milage maintenance. I was not heard. Instead the person went outside with his tablet to check k my vehicle in. When he returned he told me to go sot in the waiting area and someone would co.e get me when the service was completed. I waited 2 hours and when it was ti.e to sign papers for the service I was told that an oil change was done. I said I didn't co.e in for an oil change. The person raised his voice at me and said he took it upon himself to get the oil change done. I was not happy but I needed to be somewhere else so I sign the paper and left. I don't want to work with that person any longer.

I liked how Mr. Eric Erskine gave updates on my vehicle. Also the option of using the shuttle to get something to eat. I recommend to put a tv in the waiting area for customers, a vending machine for customers to purchase, add additional flavors of creamers for coffee for customers. Overall thank you for fixing the recall on my vehicle.

Kristine was very helpful when we were advised we could go, she checked and reset some things that had set off the abs braking system the collision lights the parking brake she offset them and stated we were clear to go~ she did mention that the BSM was what I was referring too. 4/28/26 lcosay.

Great service!! But they said I had a nail in a tire. Too close to the side wall to fix. Wanted to sell me a tire. I took it to someone else the next day. They pulled the staple out and fixed the tire. $20 instead of a $300 tire.
