Raj the service advisor was overwhelmed since my trusted advisor Eric was out with an injury. I was not given the complete health of our 2025 RAV Hybrid nor our warranty book back I had to return to the dealer after driving all the way to Pinetop and realized I did not have those items. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance. Showed up 30 mins early. And still had to wait 2 hours for a simple oil change. Also I notice my car was parked but the guy that helped me wasn’t near his desk. On top of that he called me over, when we got to his desk he asked if I see my keys. I replied with no I don’t. My keys wasn’t on his desk.

I appreciated the text message regarding the check-in of my vehicle. I was told to watch for the results of the multi point inspection in the event the technician had any recommendations. Instead, I didn’t receive the results, I learned my battery failed inspection and it was recommended the injectors be cleaned. These results were given after the service was complete. I might have decided to have the battery replaced if I was told in the hour and a half I waited for the oil change.
