I scheduled an oil change for Monday at 10:00a.m. and arrived at 9:30a.m. When I arrived, I told service that I scheduled the appointment to wait. I went to check on the progress after 2.5 hours and they had not gotten to my car, yet. Service then told me it would be another 45 minutes and immediately told me I needed a battery and air filter! I told service that I wanted my car back and left. I received a text about 30 minutes later stating my car was ready and the service was completed. Really?? I have had all of my service done here before but never again.

I received absolutely no satisfaction, the problem with my vehicle was not fully investigated. The service advisor did not accurately relay what we told him about our vehicle. The service manager spoke with me and other than offering to contact Toyota to see if there was any other reports of our issue, he asked me to video while driving - if/when the issue occurs again making sure to get a shot of the dash to show that the cruise control is engaged and my foot is not on the break - so rather than actually investigate a physical problem I was instructed to drive while videoing ....seriously not only could I be ticketed for doing as instructed but it a completely unsafe process. Additionally the service advisor lied to my face - I was told by the service manager that the advisor indicated that I said I was having an issue while breaking which is NOT what was discussed when I asked the advisor why he would do that he said that he did not do that he also told me that my truck was tested by being driven to Snowflake from the dealership which as a bold faced lie - Snow flake is approximately 20 miles one way from the dealership - I took a picture of my odometer reading when I dropped off the truck and another when I picked it up - there was 16 miles put on the vehicle. So...untruths, the problem that I reported and took the truck in for was not addressed - NO I am absolutely not happy with my recent experience.
