Just one example, when I arrived at the dealership this morning, Tim was his very busy, happy self. I left for another appointment just down the street. When I returned I realized that I wasn’t supposed to be there until the next week! I asked him why he didn’t tell me to go home till next Wednesday! He just smiled and said No problem!
