My experience was pleasant. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was kept up to date on the status of my car. The issue was a recall and was taken care of by the manufacturer. I appreciate Tim McCarthy and the rest of the team that assisted me with my vehicle.

The only thing that was negative really was that they initially did not re-change the fact that I had my service done on 30 October. They just changed it this morning that I had it done on 1 November.
I’m also surprised they didn’t vacuum out the driver side

I took the car in because I had an engine light on and the car had trouble starting. Had to spend &400.00 and the only thing that was related to the engine light was I needed a new battery. I replaced the battery and the engine light is still coming on and the car is still having trouble starting. So basically I spent $400 to tell me nothing and the car is still not fixed.
