Never got a call to inform me of the progress of my vehicle. Had to wait long period of times to find out the progress. Knobs left off my console. My car making a popping noise after I was told it was fixed. Now I how to bring it back.

My wife drove 2 and a half hours to this dealership and was told she would have a courtesy vehicle to use while our vehicle was being worked on but this did not happen. We are also still experiencing a knocking coming from the front end but on the two inspections this vehicle has had it’s checked as good on the inspection list
