Had to bring my car back after the service. No apology he mumbled something about a clip coming un done and handed me my keys back. I felt like I was annoying them. Had to double check with him that I was good to go and he kept back to me and told me yeah. Worse service I've ever received.i won't be coming back to this dealership.

“My experience with this dealership has been extremely frustrating. My car has had the same issue since September, and despite multiple visits and so-called repairs, the problem is still not fixed. I even took it to Genesis of Covington, where they identified the issue, but I was told to return to the original dealership. After doing so, the car is still not repaired. This has been a huge inconvenience and disappointment. I expected better service and accountability from a brand like Genesis.”
