i have 2 bald back tires and need 2 new ones to replace them. i was told i would pay when the tires came in!!
assuming they were not reared the day i had my oil changed, but they were NOT!
then i’m told i cannot get the SAME tire res from they are back ordered!!!

No I'm not satisfied at all.Because my warranty was used and I paid the deductible and my AEB system was suppose to be fixed on January 29th soon as I made it to McComb the AEB system was back on and Tommy said when they put the machine on my car he said all 4 sensor was showing bad .And they only replace the front passenger side sensor. On the 19th I drove back thinking Robert the manager would at least got things straight but after I told him Im not gone keep paying a deductible because if all the sensor was bad the tech. Should have replaced them.All Robert gone tell me its was gone take him 20 minutes to call the warranty people's and they didn't have the part but why would u schedule me appointment to drive all the way from Centerville when u know u didn't have the part in the first place and Robert the one who scheduled this appointment on the 19th of February.Sounds like poor management to me

We found rain forest dash wipes and air freshener hangers in our vehicle following this service. We are not happy that our car was run through a rainforest car wash. We hand wash our vehicle to avoid micro scratches and harsh chemicals and paid a lot of money for a ceramic coating to protect it.
PLEASE DO NOT WASH our vehicle again as part of your service.
