Eric greeted me warmly when I entered the service office and after looking up my appointment he did a very thorough and thoughtful job of explaining the process and inspections that would be performed on my Telluride for its 7500 mile service. He listened to my requests for some additional items to be addressed during the service and noted them on the invoice. He was personable and professional in providing excellent customer service and his helpfulness was very much appreciated as this was my first visit to the service department since I purchased the vehicle at the dealership.
