As a mechanic in a previous life - I appreciated the techs video coverage of what was looked at and covered in the inspection. I always wonder if they ever really look things over like I was trained to do 40 years ago. Alex was also very good at taking care of updates and progress. Also appreciate not trying to up-sell services/items but inform and offer approach without pressure.

first off, it took four hours to get my oil change. Usually, a service man will come in and let you know when your car is finished. I sat in the waiting room for four hours before I went to the front desk. Upon going to the front desk, I was told to go outside and look for someone familiar because I did not know who my salesman was I wandered outside until someone flagged me down and told me my car had been finished an hour ago and all I had to do was sign paperwork. I dropped my car off at 8:45 in the morning and I left at 12:30. I am extremely disappointed and the lack of professionalism, communication and overall experience I had at this Toyota.

The parts department ordered the door moldings and when they came in they let me set up an appointment time for installation. I showed up at the appointment date and time. The problem was that it should have been done through Michelle as she did not know about it and did make special arrangements to have it done at my appointment time set up by the service department. Michelle had her one qualified technician do a great job of installation. It looks great on my 2025 Tocoma, Limited ( Bronze Oxide ).
