They couldn’t fix the tailgate issue and now the sliding doors both don’t work. I noticed this when I got home and couldn’t reach anyone even though service was still open. I trust Cody when he says he is working on a solution for the tailgate and hope the team can fix the sliding doors tomorrow first thing.

When I made the appointment I was told the service would be completed that day. When I arrive for my appointment, I verified what was being done and if there would be any problem getting it done. I was told no, unless they ran into any problems. I dropped the vehicle off at 1 PM and didn't hear anything by 4 PM. So I texted and asked. At 4:30 I was told they were still looking at my vehicle but it definitely wouldn't be done by closing time. I was told it did need new brakes, and they would send me an estimate. 24 hours later, I still hadn't received anything or heard anything. So I called and left a message. I got a call back and was told the vehicle is done and I could come pick it up. I knew the brakes had to be replaced… But the fact I never received an estimate on how much it was going to cost is unacceptable. The fact I had to continue to follow up for my vehicle is unacceptable. This delay on getting services completed in the timeframe for my appointment… This is the second time that's happened.

Dropped car off for oil change and tire rotation. 1st text O got was to tell me it will take at least an hour longer than planned. Notified car was done and first thing they said when we went back to get car was it got damaged! Pedersen Toyota has a legal obligation to return my car back to me in the same condition they received it! But guess what? They tell me it’s my responsibility to run through my insurance and call police. NO, YOU ARE responsible and need to file claim under your insurance. Also the devaluation for damage. I want a call from someone higher than Bo. I should not bear all the loss for an incident you created. You parked in a fire lane! Left there unattended to be hit by someone else! Bo was polite but again you have a legal obligation to return my car as you got it. I have been coming to you since 2016 and never has my car been left here before checking out. It is unfortunate that how you schedule your appointments that we had to wait for 3 hours to get our car back for an oil change and tire rotation. It is very disappointing and disrespectful to us. No consideration for our time.

A simple oil change took 2 1/2 hours. In all fairness William my service manager said the department was running behind. But it is disappointing that after scheduling an appointment everything took so long. The work was complete and well done

Bob was able to complete my service by close of business Friday, despite a couple of issues (no key for bolts on skidplate/catalytic converter cover -don't recall getting one; missed item requested) so that I did not have to schedule another trip from Laramie. Having a 9am appointment and told it was going to be an hour and a half for service was somewhat disappointing but ok. After all was done it was 2 hours +. In my opinion a one hour and 30 minute service is too long for an oil change and tire rotation.

11:15 AM Appointment, for 15000 mile service (check fluid levels, rotate tires and inspection) got out of the place around 2:30 PM, that is horrible for a minor service.

Everything was great, except communication, it would be nice if there was somebody to answer phones. I am pleased with the work and **** was great, you just need to hire more employees to be able to communicate with customers better.
