He also went above and beyond helping me to check out my truck’s battery and do the additional testing needed to figure out if it needed to be replaced or not. Satisfied yes, completely satisfied no. Issues: 1. In for scheduled oil change and had coupon and told service rep. Service rep presented me with full charge pre- billing to sign and had to remind him of the coupon. Service rep fixed and I signed. At checkout/payment service rep again presented full charge bill and again I reminded him of my coupon. 2. Took almost 2 hours for scheduled routine oil change. Seems way to long given service is scheduled

I waited 2.5 hours for an oil change when I had an appointment scheduled. This is not really acceptable, and if it IS going to take that long you need to set that expectation. I would not have waited in the customer lounge if I had any idea it would take that long. Mr. Fisher was very friendly and helpful checking me in and out.

I was very disappointed with the lack of communication from the service advisor regarding my vehicle status during service. I went in at 9am with anticipating it will take 2-2.5 hours per advisor. So, I opted to wait inthe sevice waiting area. At 1:00pm, I searched for service advisor, nowhere to find and was informed by the different service advisor that my car has not been started due to delays and will take another hour or more. If I have known that it will take all day, I would have just dropped the car first thing in the morning. This was not very pleasant experience. Thank you

Alex was really good to communicate with but with the new service system in place it took the vehicle much longer to be serviced than my originally quoted time. As I was waiting at the dealership I was anticipating and okay with an hour to hour and a half wait but I did not receive an update until nearly 2 hours in that the vehicle got lost in the que and had finally just begun its service. I ended up being there for 2.5 hours waiting for the oil change. Again, Alex was as apologetic and was helpful but the process itself was a bit frustrating with very little communication until late in the process.
