We brought in our 2024 Tacoma for service and ended up walking out with a new 2026 Tacoma. The process worked out very well and they were able to accommodate a few extra requests including swapping out our better wheels and tires from our 2024 to our 2026. We still have a one more appointment for the ceramic coat but it has been scheduled and they are working on giving us a loaner vehicle while it is getting the treatment.

When checking in service manager didn’t believe me when i told him the service light came on for oil change a 3000 miles when we expect it at 5000 miles. Wanted to argue with me. Was told by him the car would be ready in hour and a half or two hours. Called him at 2 hours and left message to call me and no response. Never received ANY notice the car was done. Showed up after two and a half hours and it was ready to go. Customer service certainly lacking here.
