Xaviers superb service has greatly contributed to my decision to purchase this new vehicle with JM Lexus. It was a toss up between BMW and Lexus and I chose Lexus because of the great service that I received fromzjM Lexus over the years.

I waited a very long time. Then when it was ready I waited extra time for Xavier to fill out the check out forms. Then he told me to wait outside for the car. I waited and waited then I asked a service guy “ hey can you check on my car. And a few minutes later a different person came out and gave me the keys and said oh your car has been outside the whole time. So I feel it was poor communication on Xavier’s part. I didn’t appreciate it .

Representative that took my appointment assured me my battery was under Lexus 2-4 year warranty
Ryan said it was 12 months and I was 2 days out from coverage despite the fact that the car resides in Florida and I live in NC and I presented data from a third party indicating battery was dead November 15.
Ryan said I could only buy the battery from Lexus. I checked internet after leaving there are several suitable alternatives.
Ryan’s supervisor forgave the labor and wiper blade replacement cost.
None of this speaks well for JM or Lexus. Discounting charges helped but not enough. I have purchased 6 Lexus vehicles and influenced the purchase of 3 others by my children. When Lexus volunteered to replace 4 tires on my LS because they underperformed by Lexus standards I was really impressed. I’m not impressed by the battery performance or flexibility to make things right on this battery issue. All other service and maintenance issues have been what I would expect from Lexus and the dealer.

I am not sure who Joseph was but I worked very closely with Reggie Leo. He was the best sales manager and made this first time car buying process the utmost peaceful, smooth, stress free process. He answered every question and found matches closest to my desires given the restraints on someone on the market for a used car. He was sooooo respectful, had the patience of Job, and was so personable and knowledgeable about it all. I would refer anyone and everyone to him. I never got a Lexus this time but when I am ready to trade in this car, though I hope he has progressed professionally by then, I would not hesitate one bit, to give him my business again, at that time.
