Wait was way too long. Had 1130 appointment finished at 3 for an oil change. You clearly overbooked. Ther must have been 30 cars ahead of me when I arrived. Not acceptable. Have bought at least 4 vehicles perhaps more and never had anything like this.

The reo told me that my car would be available between 2 and 2 1/2 hours. After the 3rd hour, I had to call to ask for a status. The rep told me the service dept had a delay but they were catching up. I would have appreciated an update if there was a delay.

Historically, I have been upset with my TX 350. There have been so many problems since I first got the car back in October 2024. Since that time the Shop has seen my car for mechanical issues, service issues, and more! Most recently, the service technician told us that the car was “bone dry,“ and it must’ve been another car parking in the spot. That rubbed us the wrong way as my car is the only car that parks in that spot on the driveway. Honestly, I am really looking forward to the time that I am no longer an Lexus owner as it is only given me grief since we have purchased it.
