I am distressed that a front brake job cost over $600. I have been a customer for years and you couldn’t offer a discount. No one charges that much even with rotor replacement

Was there for a simple oil change and tire rotation. After two hours of not hearing from service advisor, I went downstairs to see my car sitting out front ready to go. After looking into it further, the car had been ready for 45 minutes - 45 minutes i was stuck at the dealership when i could have gotten back to my day. To make it worse, my service report showed I could have needed new tires, which I would have 100% bought at the dealership today, but not after sitting around and NEVER getting a call from my service advisor. If I wouldn’t have gone downstairs to check on my car, I’d still be at the dealership waiting to hear from my service advisor. No respect for anyone else’s time!
