I was told by the “tire expert “ as soon as I pulled in that I had a nail in my tire, but John says he’s not aware of any nail after my servicing. Although I bought a maintenance package from a different dealership and was explicitly told I could go to any Lexus dealership for servicing, John rudely informed me that for whatever reason it does not transfer over so I owed them money . I will NOT be returning to this incompetent dealership that only care about making money. My car was not washed at the end of being serviced which is a complimentary service that should always be included. Very dissatisfied.
