Michael was excellent. Very helpful and courteous. However, i’m disappointed with the experience overall at the Lexus Service Center. When I purchased my first Lexus back in 2015 you were able to get a loaner for any service. Now since I purchased my second Lexus in 2025 I’m being told every time I come to the service center that loaners are not provided for “quick services.” my appointment today was at nine. And Michael saw me promptly at that time. But I didn’t get my car back until close to 12. Waiting 3 hours in the service center isn’t ideal. You guys need to bring back your original loaner program. When we buy a Lexus we aren’t just buying the car we’re buying the whole package. When I first purchased Alexis back in 2015 that’s what sold me on spending so much money on the car. Was the superior service that you will get at Lexus compared to other dealerships. The ball has definitely been dropped by whatever corporate person came up with these changes.

Subject: Request for Reimbursement – Unresolved Warranty Issue (2015 RX350) Dear Service Manager, JM Lexus (Sample Road, Margate, FL), I am writing regarding my 2015 Lexus RX350 (VIN: 2T2ZK1BA2FC166558), purchased from JM Lexus on December 17, 2021, along with a Certified Platinum Warranty (Agreement #33706183), which remained in effect until December 17, 2025. From the time of purchase and throughout my service history at JM Lexus (Sample Road), I repeatedly reported a persistent rattle originating from the steering column area. On multiple visits, I was informed that the issue could not be diagnosed or repaired. Recently, during my first visit with Mr. Maico William, the problem was immediately identified as a worn bushing between the steering column and the electric power steering motor. The repair was completed and resolved the issue; however, I was charged $890 plus tax. This situation raises a clear concern. The condition existed and was reported consistently while the vehicle was under the Certified Platinum Warranty, yet it was not diagnosed or corrected at that time. The fact that the issue was later identified shortly after the warranty expired indicates that the underlying defect was present and should have been addressed under warranty coverage. Given the documented history of complaints during the warranty period, I respectfully request reimbursement for the cost of this repair. I ask that you review my service records and provide a written response. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter fairly.
