The vehicle should be checked, before returning it to the customer, to make sure things are in order. The tech had not finished restoring the vehicle to appearance and functional standards. The battery cover was left off and was on the back mat, instead of under the mat and over the battery. Also somehow the A pillar cover on
The the driver side was popped out.
The Service Rep Luis was very helpful and all associates were very courteous.

I was told that a nail had been found in the shoulder of the left rear tire and that location could not be repaired. I agreed. However, I was charged a fee for requesting a tire inspection which I had not. I will be bringing this to the attention of management.
