4 hours is rediculous
I have been dealing with JM Lexus for many years, and this incident has me questioning my loyalty.
Perhaps you don’t have enough personal to handle your volume, but if this is the type of service I can expect in the future, I will have to shop elsewhere.

The problem I have has presented itself before. One sensor in the trunk was replaced. Now last night, the trunk didn’t close again. I had to close it manually which is difficult for me. It is very frustrating and I have been complaining about the electrical system since the car was purchased.
