My service advisor Carlos was awesome. The attention to detail was outstanding. The only issue was the cost. The additional cost for tire rotation is a bit too much. I have a Mazda as well and the service is great and the cost of changing the oil includes tire rotation and it’s a bit less.

Ryan is an incredible asset to your company. He deserves a raise! The way you treat this man is a disgrace. People are coming off the street and being hired and making more money than him. It’s not bad enough that you treat your customers like garbage now because you took away the lounge and everything else But it’s unnecessary to treat your longtime employees this way. The only reason that I keep coming back to JM Lexus is because of Ryan. If he was to ever leave your company I’m certain you would all go out of business. Do something about this!

Delilah was excellent. I was disappointed that after my service call my vehicle was not washed as it adds to the experience. I suspect the response will be the help was no longer working and my response would be that the cost of providing it versus customer satisfaction is not realized. Lexus is known for customer satisfaction and that's part of the package.
