Adrian was most gracious with regards to customer satisfaction. He is a great asset to your Lexus customer service team. He was quick to, efficient & most knowledgeable in working with me & when he wasn’t sure about something technical , he made certain that one of your engineers would answer me . Overall, on a scale from 1-10 , Adrian was a “ 15” PLUS !!!
